I also noticed that they made mention of their "off-shore" facilities. I'd be willing to bet they are having all of the tedious indexing done for pennies in India (Can't blame them if they are). What does sound promising is the fact that they are "re-indexing" everything themselves, and guaranteeing accuracy.
