Hey Len,

I checked out the article you mentioned and went "Whoa!"

Then I went to their web-site to check out the company. If only they could do everything they say they could do. I e-mailed them to get some more information, i.e. states/counties they cover, how far back they go and price. What I've seen of the careers section it looks like they still need to build the programing and everything to go with it. They also need title researchers to make sense of all the data they will be collecting. Check out their web-site at www.zenodata.com. The quotes they use are from un-named sources and Bridgespan which filed for bankruptcy.

I believe this day will eventually come, but at least in Misouri it won't be in my life time, thank goodness. Jay
