I don't time for this. I am ordering the cancelled checks for checks sent to you personally, for Capital and the other entity involved which shall remain nameless in this email - although you know who she is.

Regarding libel / slander, according to my in-house counsel I have you dead to rights for slander if you would like to go down that road.

This is laughable and I have no further time to waste on this issue. You will be contacted by my counsel to setup a telcon to discuss the cancelled checks.
