jan, delta sounds like a refreshing company to do work for. thanks for passing that on. i've noticed a swing in a positive direction, with other companies as well. a few months ago, there was such a shift, and the people (some) i dealt with, were becoming rude and demanding. and i'm sure they were feeling the heat also.now i'm seeing, a bit more lightness, and actual personalities surfacing. trans union, for one. land america is another. thanks again, jan. monica-from-maine
