very good question, cleo. this happens to me all the time.i have a part time secretary. and she's come up with a non threatening way to recover remainder due. she prints out a letter giving the amount billed out, job #, job date, names. next to last column is ,you paid $---. then ,still owe $---. signing it, best regards and it has worked , surprisingly well. most of these costs are copies not pd for. and that adds up. so, hope this is a start in recovery. monica
