They lie all the time. Trick: When they call for a request, play very nice and ask them to send a check for the amount they owe and say you will do the new order. Wait until the check arrives, cash it, then ignore the order. Don't complete it. They WILL call back asking for the completed order and then tell them to kiss your butt. They will not pay and will go out of their way to not pay. Good luck.
