Hi Monica,
with me, it depends on the customer. If its someone
who gives me a lot of business, pays on time etc..
I don't charge at all. If they aren't I fax it in
anyway, then call and tell them that they will still be charged. No offense to any of the title
companies, but when they have a question they call
me on my cell right away. Why can't they call to
cancel? (Most of my good ones do call)
