They are a vendor management company who recruits abstractors, appraisers and other real estate related professionals across the United States.

We recently signed them up and are currently having difficulty getting paid for a couple of searches we did for them on a trial basis. It seems that if you invoice them "too early" or you don't submit your invoice on their "prescribed form", they are of the opinion that they are under no obligation to pay you even though you performed the work in a timely manner (and to their exact specifications).
