If you went to Yahoo.com did a search "learn to become a title searcher" Everyone of the sites that comes up about learning title searching (4or 5) are the same company. Different domain addresses... same company. The only one you might find different is an e-book on how to do title searches for $75, I am not sure if it is his or not.
