I agree with everything.  As Robert mentioned, we are working over here in publication/benefits on this issue.  We may well land at differing levels of certification.  The underwriters seem interested at this point because of the number of people that have joined and the idea that we are going to have certification requirements and continuing education.  The associations requirements for certification will most likely have a great impact on how much we can save.  Who knows, we may want to have a test for certification to get the best  rates, we just have to continue to talk to the underwriters.  It is early in the game, and I think we are making progress.  Doug
