Just reading your post wants me to ask you one question:

"How are able to meet such trt like 6-12 hrs?"

I am from Mass and solo and usually out in the field gathering the info and moving either to the next reg or next exam depending trt.

For me, I need that 24-48hrs, sometimes even more.
