Considering moving to Montana, the Bozeman area. While I was there, noticed businesses w/signs that advertised they did title searches! I got the feeling they probably have a title plant or something along those lines. As an independent, I wonder what my chances would be of being able to do work there. I would have to work for someone at first, since the legal descriptions and the law are different than where I'm at. Montana has vast amounts of undeveloped land still & 5-50 acres is a "subdivision" lot! 100 acres is considered a "mini" ranch or farm! Just wondering...
