Joe,
I run into the same problem in Connecticut. You have
too kind of play it by ear. If the company is a good
client and gives you a lot of business, you may have to
absorb the cost in the interest of keeping their business.
However, it does not hurt to bring the problem to
their attention, and ask them to be a little more
caeful about confirming their information in the
future before sending it to you.
