Monica, I've been through the same thing, getting reams of paper with worthless notes by an abstractor who doesn't know beans about what they are doing. I generally just ignore the darn stuff. Reading worthless title notes is a waste of time. Do I understand correctly, did this bad info cause you to start searching the wrong property?
