Hey Monica... is this really the result of someone not having enough training (which I know really goes on)... or is it someone who does not review their instructions or follow them well. This person could be naturally careless and lazy. There is a difference. I have had to deal with these kinds of people in many types of jobs. Please don't lump everyone in to one category just because they may not have the years of expearience that some of you have on SOT.
