Hi, Sharon!

Good question. Our standard search product ALWAYS includes a complete, legible copy of the current vesting deed (and a copy of any judgments or liens, if applicable). I don't know if that's an "industry tandard", but we've always offered it to our clients.

We do, however, charge for extra copies ordered by the client, mortgage pages, chain deeds, etc. We don't use independent contractors, so we don't have any issues there, but we do mark them up over and above what the county charges us.
