David,

I am reluctant to reply to your post because you are so angry about something and I can't wonder if it really is me and other new abstractors.

As I explained to you once before, I was and probably will start a coaching business... for NOTARIES. I put that project on hold because I have been working very hard at learning abstracting and getting our business going.

As Slade I am sure will tell you that first I signed up with SOT as a notary and I used the word coach. I again signed up adding abstractor and removed the word coach. For some reason I was listed twice in the SOT data base. I am not trying to hide anything and I am what I say... an expearienced notary and a fairly new abstractor. Every job we have had has been a direct result of being listed on SOT. Every single person who has contacted us has been told exactly how long we have been working. Now, most of those companies follow the forum on SOT... you know that and I know that... if I was trying to hide the fact that my company is new would I be posting here like this? I think not and if you would care to visit my website you will find our pricing probably very similar to yours and everyone else. I am constantly asking what people they are charging so that we are competitive and not under pricing anyone. As for the abstractors who are already working? What about the other notaries who are working, the other title agencies, the banks, the mortgage companies... the list is endless... are you saying there should be no new competition for them? Give me a break as for the offshore companies? Well David it is because of the offshore companies my husband lost he job of 25 years and 2 more after that in as many years. Don't you dare list me or anyone else in this country trying to earn a living with them. Shame on you. We are not responsible for jobs leaving this country... maybe you should consider that the next time you vote... if you vote.

David don't bother answering me, like Jay I am not going to address this issue again.
