Nothing shrill about it Slade and you know it. The facts came from Jay's own statement at the first telleconference when he stated his intention to teach and run seminars.

Yes, Jay is an independent abstractor and a pretty succesful one. This is what he does now and has done for several years. But it isn't what he told me and others that he intends to do in the future.

I didn't call any of his plans a cheap scam Slade. I don't know anything about the quality of the seminars he plans to offer. I know they would probably have little value to independent abstractors with equal success and experience as his own. But they might have tremendous value to those with little experience who desperately seek a shortcut to the success and experience he has. He will probably be very successful at providing this service to all the new inexperienced "abstractors".
