The bottom line is to wait for ALL the information to come out at the conference to make any firm judgements. Then you can do one of three things.

1) Like what is presented and voted on, and join the association.

2) Don't like anything about the association and not join.

3) Don't like some things about the association, join and effect change from the inside.
