Chesapeake Settlement and Appraisal can be reached at 1-800-422-7771. They are a good company to work for, they want their work into them by the following business day by 6pm. Their computer keeps track of the orders for payment so keep good records of what you've done so you can match them up at the end of the month. Good luck, Jay
