Have several out of state clients using that Gators format that says 6 hrs. turnaround. I seldom can return a report back w/in 6 hrs. Usually 12-36 hrs. But after 2 years+ for some, have never had a problem. They all pay the month after, which is annoying but they do pay. And most will pay for the copies. On the other hand, TU sent a fax tonight, stating they MUST have searches back in 6 hrs. yet want quality!!! Well, they haven't sent me any more work, other than an update, since I didn't agree to their price decreases. And I could care less. (I did try to compromise). By the way, TU (or Atl. Ass.)handled the title search for my property when I got a home equity loan; and the legal description is not complete!! Had to be amused--guess someone was in a hurry! Anyway, I wouldn't worry about the 6 hr. time frame. Again, never had a problem w/anyone regarding that--it's not like they are your only client & you are just sitting by the fax/computer waiting on their order & rush out to go do it. By the way, I've had quite a few companies call me because of this website; they send me work mostly in counties others don't do but I have never had a problem w/payment. I do appreciate it.
