It was designed with the abstractor in mind.

You or your client can enter the orders, you can assign the order to yourself or to a vendor abstractor, your vendor abstractor can upload the order inwhich you can either print it out and put it in your own format, scan it and upload it to where your client can view the completed work along with the invoice it creates and/or you can email it through the system which then keeps a record of who and when you emailed to.  You can then directly download the invoice into Quickbooks where it will automatically set up the new customer in Quickbooks from that clients first order.

No monthly maint fees just a one time order fee of $0.99 or less depending on the number of orders you enter a month.  You can scan, download, view, or e-mail the orders as many times as you want.  No additional fee.

It is web based so you can access it from anywhere.
