Yes, this is Progressive Title/Charlene Henry. She did a name change because of a partnership dissolving (or something along those lines). this was not a secret and she told me about it long ago.
I know that there are posts on here about Charlene getting behind in payment (as she did with me) but she DID get caught up and is back to being on time/every time. This is a safe client. -- Alix
