Yes, I spoke with Jeff Gilman from Gilman & Gilman LLC, Jeff did not want to comment anything and just said he dies not know any David King nor 51 Title and Taxes on our first conversation,

I called him again and explained the situation, the only comment he made was it looks like some one is misusing his company information and also told that he faced the same kind of situation about 6 months ago.
