I have not asked to be told how to run my business since I have successfully been a sole proprietor title searcher for 17 years, but your input does remind me that although they sound very genuine and pleasant on the phone, you never know if they are going to pay. At least there were only a few pages to send and not property searches where I have seen on here with people being out thousands of dollars ??
