Source of Title Forums: Re: Filing Assignments years after foreclosure...

Let me get this straight in my blonde brain...if no satisfaction is filed after the foreclosure goes through...is the mortgage still considered open and is that why these 2 assignments were filed...?...In both cases the banks sold the properties at auction and both were bought and sold again...So...is there a title issue...with regard to open mortgages in the back title...?
