So many ways that this will go sideways.
The only was I can see this as a possibility is if they have access to a totally computerized title plant for that county, with a tie in to the County Tax office, Assessor office and the Circuit Clerk's office. Then depending on the state, i.e. Illinois, the Statewide Tax Lien Registry, unless they plan on stating on every report that there is an issue. Also in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois we have so many rural counties that are still all books in the Recorder's office.
