Forgive me if I seem ignorant, but am I reading this right?  A five second title report? As in a five second title search?  It states it will provide a full, detailed title report.... and curative steps needed based on the results?  So, what are they saying?  In five seconds they will produce a full title search with a clear title and/or curative steps?
