I don't actually think they are a good company, what I was saying is that I would consider them to be one if no one told me about what they have done to others abstractors. I agree with you, Shannon, and when I responded to you today, I was on the way out the door to do 3 more settlements. I do not work with Service Link anymore. I had a really big argument with one of the Maryland team members last summer about their 9 out of 10 recording rejects and she got an attitude when I told her that whoever is cutting the checks for these recordings are not looking at the county rate schedule and pulling figures out of the air.
Some companies I would rather "kick to the curb" than deal with their attitudes, just like I did to ATM Corporation. They wanted me to do a current owner search for $35 and get it back to them in 4-6 business hours. Yeah, right. I said no way. Also, 3S Real Serve, they owe me $2,550 and are trying to settle with $1,800 to pay me off. I told her what to do with that too.
