WAY TO GO!!!!!

I know what you mean with the "rookie" abstractors. I national price needs to be set and stuck to. I am tired of my clients calling and saying "so and so can do a current owner for $25-$30. WHY??? When you can get $60? Why not make more money. There is enough work for everyone. We are proof of that. They are still making $40 off of our backs anyway. Why give them MORE??!!
