Uhoh, I think we've lost her...

Ok, I haven't seen the datatree searching service, but if it's anything like the ones I've seen previously, then it goes something like this:

Yes, they pull all their information from the counties and yes, technically their info is the same... but the way you need to search the information is so backwards, you can go make a sandwich and take a nap in the time it takes for it to pull up the next 100 assignments you need to go through. My favorite was a search system in GA where you could search assignments based on the book/page of the mortgage, but no one told you that certain counties in GA didn't start referencing the mortgage book/page on the assignment until 2001... so if you had a 95 mortgage and did an assingment search based on that book and page, you wouldnt find any of the assignments recorded between 95 and (usually) 2002. Nightmare.
