I got a call from Transunion, I guess they got my number from this site. They want 4-6 hour turn time and the courthouse they want me to go to is 1 hour and 30 minutes from my office. They can't find an abstractor there to do the searcchest that fast. How do they expect me to do that?
It would not have been bad if they would have given me 5-10 searches to do there but he was talking about 5 a month (just for this particular county). I laughed and he said that he gets laughed at alot when asking those ridiculous questions about the turn time they are trying to get searches done in. I think the fee here is $35-$40 for a current owner.
