Good Jay.  I mentioned a conference call we have scheduled for thursday morning.  ANd I am sure Mary told you about ours last week.  But for everyone else, thus far we have this:

1.  Current member of NALTEA

2.  E & O

3.  References (we haven't decided yet how to verify or how many to have)

4.  A test (we have several that we will utiluze to create our own, knowing that everyone has different terminology and requirements per state)

5.  Continuing education requirements

6.  Experience levels:  we have threw out the idea of 3 levels of certification    Such as "bronze level" being less that 3 years, "silver level" being 3 to 5 or 7 years and Gold being 7 and more years.

These are IDEAS we have and of course each level would have different requirements too and a different test and such.     

So I welcome any ideas from EVERYONE.  Afterall, the committee is here to serve everyone and to better ourselves and make others in our industry know that we take our jobs and careers very seriously.
