Data Tree was acquired by First America in 1998.  They are now in thirty some states.  For more information, you can go to their web site at www.datatree.com, and check out the company information.  In certain areas they may still have an interest in assuring the work is done in the courthouse, but in the areas they have established their own data base, the service can be provided in-house on the simple jobs.  Doug
