By reading some other of your messages, I decided to contact the  Better Business Bureau in Raleigh (of which Cary is a suburb) and file a compliant against Parker and Parker... and low and behold what I got in the mail today...a check for what they owe me! The note on my bill said they had lost my address..funny how they somehow found it and with all the correspondence I had sent them..my letterhead was on it (I made copies)..whatever. What a lame excuse and terrible way to do business...because of course it was my fault they didn't have my address. Give me a break..they had my phone number when they wanted that update!
Again, be weary of this one and thanks for the imput on this message board...otherwise I may have not been paid. By the way you can file compliants via email which I thought was great and obviously fast!
