Thank you Doug, being 2 of the 8,164,000 who have not been able to find jobs my husband and I thank you for calling peoples attention to this article. We are both well educated and talented people who can no longer work in our field. We are actually in the percentage where we are no longer counted as unemployed... our unemployment benifits ran out and we gave up looking for work in our professions.
