As a former employee of Service Link, the only thing I can say it that they have NO loyalty.  I worked in the closing department and i know when it came to closing appointments, we were required to find the notary who would do the signing for the LOWEST PRICE, regardless of the quality of work or of the professionalism of the vendor.   They require you submit your bill on their form.  I used to receive documents back from closing appointments and we were told to throw the signing agents invoice in the trash.  That the notary would not get paid unless they submitted their bill on the Service Link invoice.  I was constantly flooded with calls from signing agents wanting to know where their money was.  Thats why I left, they treat their employees just as they treat their abstractors and signing agents.  I see that in the almost 3 years since i quit, they havent changed much.
