There is a slight difference between an S-Corp and a Limited Liability Co. I have to consult my attorney on it, but I know there is. I will forward the info on to you if you want. Unless MD has different laws, which it appears to, ala the check thing, your personal assets are protected under your S-Corp. You might want to change that. I'll keep you posted!
