Source of Title Forums: Re: Incorporate

I am Prosperity Abstracting, LLC. Did that because I thought they (whomever) could come after my corporation and not my personal assests, WRONG. Taxes were not what I considered at the top of the list when I became incorporated. Your personal assests "may not" be protected from a civil suit.
