Source of Title Forums: MD has some Crazy Laws

That is crazy. Someone writes you a bad check and you endorse it.....................you are responsible to pay it back. Nuts!! I smell something rottten in MD. Settlements are the way to go. We are working towards becoming a title company down here as well. Get the whole piece of the pie then. Good luck. Still check on your corporation status.
