I don't think incorporation is the answer here... yes, it may offer you some protection, but there are exceptions to the liability of the incorporator (as I understand it). The important thing is proper training, quality work, and E&O insurance. I would never tell my client that "I don't have to worry about a claim because I am incorporated." I would rather tell them that we take pride in our training and abilities, we have never had a claim, but just incase we ever do - we carry a $1 million E&O policy.
I hope I misunderstood you Kurt, I don't think you meant to imply that anyone can get into abstracting without any worries about proper training, expereince, and liability if they incorporate, did you?
