I don't feel the need to blame... that is what started all of this. Why do you need to cast blame? It is my responsiblily as an individual to learn what I can where I can and do the best job I can. It is the responsibily of the company who hires me to demand that I do my job to their specifications... if they send me out to do something I am not qualified to do because I am "cheap" that is their responsibility. If I do not get work, or I do lousey work that is my fault... I need to either market myself better or educate myself more in the field I choose. If you just don't like my work, how I was trained... what ever... that is your problem and ultimately your responsibility. No one should have to shoulder the responsibility and be lumped into one category of "newbie" because there are problems in this field.

Loretta, I applaud you for taking the responsibility with your employees. I am just asking for more tolerence towards people on this forum.
