Thank you Robert for that post. I was trying to say it but sometimes I can't find the right words and can sometimes sound abrasive. I have only heard from one abstractor on this forum that has said that they are now weighing the pros and cons of getting into the business. Many do not admit that they really are inexperienced and need to step back and re-evaluate their experience in this field.
I don't hear many new abstractors saying that they are working for a title company/lawyer and then starting their own business. They jump right in. I intend on keeping this nice house and all of the things I have earned and I can say that I have been blessed by God and by my patience to do ask questions and learn this industry the correct way. I hope that the people that are not training abstractors properly and read this site will get a wake up call about what they are doing to this industry. I can't blame anyone for wanting to better themselves but I blame the people that are doing this blindly.
I really mean well, I hope that Judy doesn't think that I am being rude to her.
