You miss understand me Shannon... I am tired of bringing up the subject of bashing. I am tired of the need to bash. It is like an assumption that everyone new to this business has not been trained correctly. It not fair to make assumptions about people in that way. Yes, I did take an online course and yes I did warn against this course... and that was not easy since I felt so foolish. Yes, I have read books. Yes I ask lots of questions on SOT and many have been generous with their time and answers. What concerns me is that my understanding is that this forum is for everyone... new and old abstractors. It is easy when you are worried about your work and your future to lay blame. Show me statistics that E&O has gone up with new abstractors to blame and then perhaps you have an argument. What about these companies you keep talking about who recruit people to work for them so cheaply? Perhaps they need to take some responsiblity for some of this... they are hiring them. When this forum becomes such an unfriendly environment and people can't ask a question when they are starting out won't that cause even more problems? Isn't it better to educate that to cast blame or to ignore someone?

I know this is a hopeless argument and this is my last posting.
