I agree with you Loretta.  I do not bash the newbies, I have simply said what you have.  You can not know what you need to know if you are self taught.  And I know for a fact the community college classes in my area DO NOT teach you what you need to know to go out on your own and start a business and do this work.  I do think that the class is a great idea for those interested in thi work.  It will give you a feel for the industry and allow you opportunities to be hired by someone who can train you PROPERLY!

And I do agree that the inexperienced ones are those who made E&O rise so drastically over the past two years.

Judy, if you are so tired of this subject, don't bring it up.  If you don't fit the description of what we are relating 'newbies' to be, then don't take offence to it.
