It was started by Nena Rybarczyk (CEO) and Jan Forster (VP). They are a FOR PROFIT organization. They were not happy with the individuals involved with starting NALTEA and the lack of information coming from them. I too felt the same way but I like the idea of a for profit association.even less, to much control for the officers. I actually helped them in the beginning but realized I was making a big mistake. Also thought about joining them along with NALTEA (being a young business thought it might be good exposure) but still hung up on the for profit and did not complete the application process. 

We respect Robert Franco and SOT, when we can we will be joining NALTEA. There are some fine hardworking people who are involved in this NON PROFIT organization until we can join we will support them in any way we can.
