WELL,  I could go on for hours on end about them.  I have been doing work for them for over 2 years.  I used to get almost 150 files a month from them.  Then someone comes along for them to try and my work is gone.  I haven't received anything from them in 3 weeks except damn recordings that have been rejected so many times I can't count.
I have ALWAYS given them my loyalty, gave their work priority, re-arrange my whole day to get their work done and all around bust ass for them.  But do I even get a thanks?? HA HA!!  They are not loyal at all.
And to top that off, Their billing system is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with.  Not only do we have to do the work, and enter everything into OUR books to bill, I then have to turn around and use their dumb forms to bill them.  I can't just send them a statement from my quickbooks like I do everyone else.  And I have to have it in by the 15th to be paid by the 30th.  THEN, they pick and choose what they are going to pay from their billing statement and don't even send me an explination of why they aren't paying what I billed them for.
And recordings, they won't pay until the recording info is in and their file is closed out.  Well what about the recording county that is 4-6 months behind.  I updated and put it in line.  But I can't get paid.  Then it gets rejected, and I have to take it back a second time.  Not being paid a second time to do it, and waiting even longet to get paid because I have to wait more for the doc to get recorded.  Then I have to re-bill them once the recording info is in.  Why should I have to re-bill if I already billed them the first time.
I am just fed up with them and tired of having to fight for the work.  And today they ask why it has taken me 2 days to return a rejected recording.
My answer:  With volume, comes priority

Thanks for letting me vent today
