That is alright, I actually assumed you had misunderstood me. We have some companies that we have been working with from the beginning and they have been great. We just have been getting these odd requests that want so much info and they try to disquise them with a different name but basically they are current owner searches. I charge $50 for current owner and they are these "deed searches" or "mortgage searches" and my favorite "mini searches" and want to pay $10-$15 for them and they want to know just about everything that is in a current owner... including tax info. I know the retrieval stuff Shannon is referring to and yes, that is good bread & butter money especially is you get a batch and doing them with something else.
