I agree Robert. I think a grading system is a very good idea and as you said who better to grade us than those who already are, our clients.

I have begun giving ratings and comments to my better clients but  have found it difficult to find their SOT ID #. It would be very helpful if it were possible to search on a company name across the system.

I also began notifying those that I had rated and asking them to rate my company in return. I found it difficult to explain how they can easily find the location of the rating page.

I wonder if it would be possible to provide them with a direct link to the form? I thought of just sending them a link to my details page but on my screen the option to rate does not appear. I understand you don't want us rating ourselves and this is probably the reason for this. But I was afraid any link I sent might display my detail page exactly as it showed on my screen, without the rating option.

It's a good idea and I want it to catch on.
