I am glad to see all this info.  We have been wanting to have our office go paperless for the longest time and just had no ideas how to.  We have WAY TOO MANY boxes sitting in storage for old searches, even though we only keep them for 2 years.  So I would be able to scan them in, and fax them out thru the comoputer or thru the scanner as I am scanning?????  WOW!!  I need this.

What program do you use to file them?  Excel or access, or do you have abetter way?
